La acción jurisdiccional de hábeas corpus en el sistema de justicia ecuatoriano

Abstract

In the present research work is developed in accordance with the budgets established by the titling system of the Technical University of Machala prior to Obtaining the Degree of Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic of Ecuador, whose research topic is LA JABISAS ACTION JURISDICTIONAL CORPUS; work that presents the analysis of the constitutional rules that regulate the State as a guarantor of the rights of individuals, as well as the person responsible for the public services it provides. The present work analyzes the jurisdictional action of habeas corpus, from its normative evolution to its current application in the Ecuadorian justice system.
