dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla de conformidad con los presupuestos establecidos por el sistema de titulación de la Universidad Técnica de Machala previo a la Obtención del Título de Abogado de la Juzgados y Tribunales de la República del Ecuador, cuyo tema de investigación es LA ACCIÓN JURISDICCIONAL DE HÁBEAS CORPUS; trabajo que presenta el análisis de las normas constitucionales que regulan al Estado como garantista de los derechos de las personas, así como el responsable de los servicios públicos que brinda. El presente trabajo analiza la acción jurisdiccional de hábeas corpus, desde su evolución normativa hasta su aplicación actual en el sistema de justicia ecuatoriano.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the present research work is developed in accordance with the budgets established by the titling system of the Technical University of Machala prior to Obtaining the Degree of Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic of Ecuador, whose research topic is LA JABISAS ACTION JURISDICTIONAL CORPUS; work that presents the analysis of the constitutional rules that regulate the State as a guarantor of the rights of individuals, as well as the person responsible for the public services it provides. The present work analyzes the jurisdictional action of habeas corpus, from its normative evolution to its current application in the Ecuadorian justice system.es_ES
