Propuesta de planificación para el desarrollo turístico de las zonas naturales del cantón Piñas, provincia de El Oro.

Abstract

The Piñas canton has a beauty landscape due to the diversity of flora and fauna that has, in adition to its natural attractions, the purpose of this study is to determine the areas with the greatest potential and for the realization of a proposal that entails to a tourism development, first a situational diagnosis was carried out, to be aware of the conditions in which Piñas is located, a tourist system of each one of its elements, later the attractions were identifid and proceeded to rank through a file provided by MINTUR and finally a SWOT analysis, then a zoning was executed, which allowed us to determine the product to be developed, this being nature tourism, ending with a proposal for a project that benefits to tourists, the community and the canton. It should be noted that the project to be proposed has been determined as one of the weaknesses that Piñas has, which is the lack of accommodation service, that is why, it was decided to consider the implementation of a community hotel.
