Elaboración de procedimiento de trabajo en la fabricación de puertas de aluminio en "Empresa De Aluminio Y Vidrio Romero".

Abstract

For the present research work was formalized processes to the production of aluminum doors of the company of aluminum and glass Romero, under a descriptive approach through a checklist in order to propose an improvement in the production chain that allowed to collect and analyze the information of tasks performed by the operators and the resources to be used for the realization of a single door, as a result it was evidenced that the problem of the delays to the process was because in the company there was no established process diagram which hindered the tasks and, as a consequence, the inadequate distribution of resources, in view of this situation, it was decided to carry out a functional process diagram where all the formalized activities were involved; necessary for the process and final product to be one of quality, with the maximum use of resources, with the improvement proposal the company increased production capacity and delivery time to meet the growing demand in the market.
