Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to analyze the installed capacity in the company's production process. The qualitative approach allows us to make a descriptive analysis in this research and based on the information obtained through the observation and application of the interview. This study allows to identify specific characteristics of the investigation, concrete behavior, discover, verify the association between research variables. It is also supported in the review of scientific articles the application of interviews, observation applying its structure, as a resulte of the simple procedures that demonstrated what was requested in the case. The objective of this research is to analyze the theoretical and relative capacity of the productive process of the dehydrated fruit in the agroecological company Happy Fruit. Having as main production, the dehydrated fruit mango, pitahaya, moringa, given as finished that the company has a large installed capacity. And possibilities for growth in the market.
