| Descripción : | El presente trabajo de investigación se refiere al análisis de dos herramientas financieras que contribuyen en la evaluación de la rentabilidad que presenta un proyecto de inversión, considerando que un proyecto de inversión, no solo se relaciona con la creación de un nuevo negocio, sino que también a aquellas inversiones que son realizadas para mantener un negocio que ya se encuentra en actividad. Entre estas inversiones se puede tratar al desarrollo de un nuevo producto, la adquisición de maquinaria moderna, entre otros. La metodología aplicada en el trabajo de investigación es de tipo descriptivo, la característica principal de este tipo de estudio es la descripción del hecho sujeto de investigación; la investigación no solo se dedicará a la recolección de datos, sino que también a la predicción y a la identificación de las variables. La investigación también es in situ, debido a que se realizará en el sitio donde se encuentra el objeto de estudio, en el presente trabajo es en la empresa Paga Fácil de la ciudad de Machala. |
| Resumen : | This research work refers to the analysis of two financial tools that contribute to the evaluation of the profitability presented by an investment project, considering that an investment project is not only related to the creation of a new business, but also to those investments that are made to maintain a business that is already active. Among these investments can be the development of a new product, the acquisition of modern machinery, among others. The methodology applied in the research work is descriptive, the main characteristic of this type of study is the description of the fact subject of research; the research will not only be devoted to data collection, but also to the prediction and identification of the variables. The investigation is also in situ, because it will be carried out in the place where the object of study is located, in the present work it is in the company Paga Fácil of the city of Machala. |
