Abstract

This research work refers to the analysis of two financial tools that contribute to the evaluation of the profitability presented by an investment project, considering that an investment project is not only related to the creation of a new business, but also to those investments that are made to maintain a business that is already active. Among these investments can be the development of a new product, the acquisition of modern machinery, among others. The methodology applied in the research work is descriptive, the main characteristic of this type of study is the description of the fact subject of research; the research will not only be devoted to data collection, but also to the prediction and identification of the variables. The investigation is also in situ, because it will be carried out in the place where the object of study is located, in the present work it is in the company Paga Fácil of the city of Machala.
