Resumen:
Esta trabajo presenta los resultados de la investigación sobre “El Bullying y su Influencia en el desarrollo de la personalidad de los estudiantes del lnstituto Superior Tecnológico El Oro de la ciudad de Machala provincia de El Oro, periodo 2014- 2015”. La investigación inicia debido a la demanda de atención psicológica a los Departamentos de Consejería Estudiantil por esta causa, conocer dicha problemática ayudará a brindar una ayuda oportuna. En el presente trabajo se abordará la temática bullying desde el punto de vista de la víctima, los resultados demuestran que el bullying afecta de manera negativa al desarrollo de la personalidad de estos estudiantes, se evidencia que el autoconcepto (autoestima) se ve perjudicada y producto de ello el rendimiento escolar decae considerablemente.

This paper presents the results of research on "Harassment ( Bullying ) School and its influence on the personality development of the students Education College Oro city of Machala province of the Oro, 2013- 2014 academic year" The investigation started because demand for psychological care for the Departments of Student Council for this cause, know this problem will help provide timely help. In this paper will address the bullying theme from the point of view of the victim , the results show that bullying negatively affects the development of the personality of these students so , it is evident that the self (self-esteem ) is impaired and product it 's school performance declines considerably.
