Abstract

This integrative project entitled: Food and Beverage Crafts as an Alternative for Tourism Development in the Parish Progress of the Canton of Pasaje in the year 2023 aims to investigate an alternative for tourism development. Through a bibliographic review that determined the importance of industrial tourism and the activities that can be carried out in our Full Day proposal.
