Resumen:
The main objective of this work is to obtain a vegetable drink from the peanut grain, through the use of two extraction equipment, in order to determine which of these processes is more feasible in obtaining a greater amount of protein in the Final product. The raw material was treated following the guidelines described by national and international regulations in order to better protect the study components in this research, which were analyzed for pH, moisture, ash and protein.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal obtener una bebida vegetal a partir del grano de maní, mediante el uso de dos equipos de extracción, con la finalidad de lograr determinar cuál de estos procesos es más factible en la obtención de mayor cantidad de proteína en el producto final. La materia prima fue tratada siguiendo las pautas descritas por normativas nacionales e internacionales a fin de salvaguardar de mejor forma los componentes de estudio en esta investigación, al cual se le hicieron análisis de pH, humedad, cenizas y proteína.
