dc.description	El mercado de valores es un instrumento que se encarga de dirigir recursos financieros recientes por medio de la negociación de valores destinados hacia acciones productivas. El poco conocimiento que se tiene sobre mercado de valores incide en el comportamiento de los empresarios, por tal motivo, continúa con su forma tradicional de financiamiento, que es la banca sin saber que un buen estudio de inversión en el mercado de valores generará un mayor rendimiento que lo habitual. Por tal motivo el presente trabajo analizará las alternativas de inversión y financiamiento con las que cuenta el mercado de valores, para lograr un trabajo idóneo, se estudió las diferentes ventajas y desventajas que se producen en la misma, teniendo como referencia Ley de Mercado de Valores. Al final del estudio se desarrolló un diagrama de flujo sobre el mecanismo de inversión del mercado de valores, con el fin de dar a conocer los procesos a seguir para realizar una inversión en el mercado de valores ecuatoriano.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The stock market is an instrument that is responsible for directing recent financial resources through the negotiation of securities destined for productive actions. The little knowledge that exists about the stock market affects the behavior of entrepreneurs, for this reason, it continues with its traditional form of financing, which is banking without knowing that a good investment study in the stock market will generate a greater performance than usual. For this reason, this paper will analyze the investment and financing alternatives available to the stock market. To achieve a suitable job, the different advantages and disadvantages that occur in it were studied, taking as a reference the Stock Market Law. At the end of the study, a flow diagram was developed on the investment mechanism of the stock market, in order to show the processes to follow to make an investment in the Ecuadorian stock market.	es_ES
