Abstract

The following investigation presents as an objective to carry out controls in the processes by means of the application of the control charts that in the detection of shortcomings in the production processes. For their development and through the search of information in scientific journals, books on the subject of study and the application of the descriptive and exploratory method, they helped to carry out an appropriate analysis and to compile the necessary information for the investigation. As a result of the investigation it was determined by means of the control charts statistically how the productive process was made in the elaboration of the block, being able to find shortcomings such as the weight of the block and the average of the estimated samples, it is possible to correct the errors in the moment of its manufacture. As a result of the application of the control charts in the production processes, weight problems and the quality of the raw material with which it has been established in the block can be corrected, which can correct correctly the filling method of the molds and, above all, to identify the quality of the raw material directly influences it.
