With regard to the Integral Development of children and adolescents, the State must provide and guarantee to minors, a normal integral development, the same that includes the effective enjoyment of their rights, such as growing within a home where they are provided, feeding, care and affection, inculcating in the infant good habits and values, providing a warm atmosphere of harmony, typical of the home.
