Resumen:
El propósito primordial de este trabajo práctico es la elaboración de los diagramas de proceso para el registro de las tareas que se realizan en la camaronera WIGALL de la parroquia Jambelí. Tener una transparencia total de los procesos de faena que se ejecutan internamente ya que esto les permite tener un atributo muy significativo para la camaronera, por lo que se realizó el estudio de campo para saber todas sus funciones cotidianas, por lo cual establecimos los esquemas de procesos para la preparación de las piscinas, la alimentación y su cosecha. Distinguimos lo interesante que es la utilización de los diagramas de proceso para las camaroneras y así puedan optimizar sus bienes y la duración que tiene cada labor, que realizan cada uno de los trabajadores y permitirse que el consumidor quede contento con el producto que se ofrece.

The main purpose of this practical work is the elaboration of the process diagrams for the recording of the tasks that are carried out in the shrimp WIGALL of the parish of Jambelí. To have a total transparency of the work processes that are executed internally since this allows them to have a very significant attribute for the shrimp farmer, reason why the field study was realized to know all its daily functions, reason why we established the schemes of Processes for the preparation of swimming pools, feeding and harvesting. We distinguish the interesting thing is the use of the process diagrams for the shrimp farmers and so they can optimize their goods and the duration that each work carries out each one of the workers and allow the consumer to be happy with the product that is offered.
