Abstract
El propósito del presente trabajo de titulación es analizar un sistema de gestión de calidad mediante la identificación de factores de medición de calidad para el mejoramiento del servicio del sector hotelero del cantón El Guabo, Provincia de El Oro. La metodología de investigación es de tipo cuantitativo con alcance descriptivo, en el que se aplicará encuestas y entrevistas. Las variables de medición será el sistema de gestión de calidad y el sector hotelero. Las unidades de análisis serán tres hoteles del cantón El Guabo.
Description
The purpose of this titling work is to analyze a quality management system by identifying quality measurement factors for the improvement of the service of the hotel sector of the canton El Guabo, El Oro Province. The research methodology is of a quantitative nature with descriptive scope, in which surveys and interviews will be applied. The measurement variables will be the quality management system and the hotel sector. The analysis units will be three hotels in the canton of El Guabo.
