| dc.description | El desarrollo económico de un país ha sido debatido ampliamente en el mundo, debido a que de esto depende el adecuado bienestar de las personas; para esto, los expertos en el área han disertado que la mejor forma de garantizarlo es promoviendo políticas (entre otras) que permitan el adecuado manejo de los cursos, la inversión en tecnología, y especialización; tal como lo ha hecho Noruega, un país que ha demostrado con el paso de los años un estable y fuerte crecimiento económico. Por lo cual, el presente análisis de caso tiene como objetivo principal analizar los mecanismos de competitividad mediante una revisión bibliográfica que trate los factores determinantes que permitieron al país de Noruega generar un estado de bienestar en el periodo 2000-2020. Los principales resultados exponen que las principales fuentes de riqueza de Noruega, y el sostenido crecimiento de su economía, se deben básicamente al adecuado manejo de sus recursos naturales, a la inversión en tecnología para hacer de dicha explotación más limpia y eficaz, así como también del impulso de políticas que garantizan el desarrollo de la mano de obra, y el bienestar y felicidad de sus ciudadanos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The economic development of a country has been widely debated in the world, because the adequate well-being of the people depends on it; For this, experts in the area have argued that the best way to guarantee it is by promoting policies (among others) that allow adequate management of courses, investment in technology, and specialization; as Norway has done, a country that has demonstrated stable and strong economic growth over the years. Therefore, the main objective of this case analysis is to analyze the competitiveness mechanisms through a bibliographic review that deals with the determining factors that allowed the country of Norway to generate a welfare state in the period 2000-2020. The main results show that Norway's main sources of wealth, and the sustained growth of its economy, are basically due to the adequate management of its natural resources, investment in technology to make such exploitation cleaner and more efficient, as well as of the promotion of policies that guarantee the development of the workforce, and the well-being and happiness of its citizens. | es_ES |
