Abstract
La investigación, es uno de los componentes fundamentales de la acción docente, parte esencial de la formación integral del estudiante, en efecto los dos están asociados hacia un objetivo común, pues el cumplimiento de la acción investigativa, es correlacional y de carácter intrínseco, entonces en este estudio se analiza la correspondencia de estos procesos y como este se cumple en las instituciones educativas, se hace una descripción metodológica cualitativa, aplicando encuestas que conllevan a determinar la pertinencia de la condición investigación. Se fundamenta en la teorización de las competencias investigativas, recogida de varios autores y contrastada de manera experiencial directa; este análisis conlleva a declarar un conjunto de conclusiones que son la resultante de la investigación realizada a los docentes y estudiantes, determinando de esta manera la necesidad imperiosa de entrar en la acción investigativa como recurso fundamental de crecimiento educativo.
Description
Research is one of the fundamental components of teaching action, an essential part of the integral formation of the student, in fact the two are associated towards a common goal, since the fulfillment of the investigative action, is correlational and intrinsic, then In this study the correspondence of these processes is analyzed and as it is fulfilled in the educational institutions, a qualitative methodological description is made, applying surveys that lead to determine the relevance of the research condition. It is based on the theorization of the investigative competences, collected from several authors and contrasted in a direct experiential way; This analysis entails declaring a set of conclusions that are the result of research carried out on teachers and students, thus determining the imperative need to enter into research action as a fundamental resource for educational growth.
