Abstract
En relación al trabajo se ha tomado en consideración, todos los aspectos metodológicos y científicos aprendidos durante mi formación profesional; así como las referencias técnicas y legales pertinentes como son: Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF), Administración Financiera (varios autores citados en la bibliografía); Ley de Régimen Tributario Interno del Ecuador (en lo referente a transacciones entre relacionadas); Ley de Compañías (tratamiento de cuentas e inversiones entre relacionadas y participación en mercado de valores); Mandato 8 (limitaciones para las actividades de tercerización) entre otros. Por tanto considero que la presentación de los resultados de la investigación; contribuirá de forma significativa para la comunidad universitaria a la que me pertenezco y de igual manera redundará positivamente en la difusión colectiva de conocimiento sobre análisis financiero.
Description
Regarding the work has been taken into consideration, all the methodological and scientific aspects learned during my training; as well as relevant technical and legal references such as: International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Financial Management (various authors cited in the bibliography); Internal Taxation Law of Ecuador (in relation to transactions between related); Companies Act (treatment of
accounts and investments between related and market share); Office 8 (restrictions on outsourcing activities) among others. Therefore I believe that the presentation of research results; will contribute significantly to the university community to which I belong and similarly positive result in the collective dissemination of knowledge on financial analysis.
