| dc.description | Los presupuestos se presentan como la expresión cuantitativa de los objetivos de la empresa dentro de un periodo determinado, el cual debe acompañarse de estrategias que permitan llevar a cabo estos propósitos. Es concebido como una herramienta que se usa en el proceso de planeación, donde serán detallados los proyectos que se consideran rentables y se realiza su programación al largo plazo. El objetivo del trabajo es el de: Determinar el proceso de preparación, presentación y evaluación de los proyectos de inversión a partir de la aplicación de un caso práctico, para aplicar los instrumentos de evaluación que permitan determinar su rentabilidad. La metodología de la investigación corresponde a una de tipo descriptivo, es decir se describe las situaciones analizadas tal y como se presentan, también de tipo documental, donde se recurrió a fuentes de informaciones primarias y secundarias, como libros, publicaciones científicas que permiten desarrollar el tema. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en el flujo de efectivo en el caso de estudio. El valor actual neto corresponde a un valor superior positivo, por lo tanto se estima que la actividad empresarial es rentable. | dc.description.abstract | The budgets are presented as the quantitative expression of the objectives of the company within a given period, which must be accompanied by strategies to carry out these purposes. It is conceived as a tool that is used in the planning process, where the projects that are considered profitable will be detailed and its long-term programming will be carried out. The objective of the work is to: Determine the process of preparation, presentation and evaluation of investment projects from the application of a case study, to apply the assessment tools to determine their profitability. The methodology of the research corresponds to a descriptive one, that is, it describes the situations analyzed as they are presented, also of a documentary nature, where sources of primary and secondary information were used, such as books, scientific publications that allow developing the topic.
