| dc.description | Las lesiones causadas por el tránsito se han posicionado como uno de los principales problemas de salud pública a nivel mundial; según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), constituían la primera causa de muertes en el mundo. La OMS estima que anualmente cerca de 1.328 millones de personas pierden la vida por accidentes de tránsito y más de 50 millones son víctimas de traumatismos asociados a esta problemática, por ende, el presente artículo de investigación, analizará la perspectiva de la Corte Nacional de Justicia del Ecuador, doctrina nacional e internacional y la norma referente a las infracciones por accidentes de tránsito, y como repercute las decisiones tomadas por los jueces respecto a la indemnización por concepto de reparación integral a las víctimas. | es_ES |
