| dc.description | One of the main problems for the development of tourism within Ecuador derives from several branches such as strategic alliances with the economy, these impacts are still waiting to be exploited A visible problem is the fair and dignified work by tourism companies from the point of view of the tourist employee from the perspective of fair and dignified employment. The objective of this work is to update the contemporary knowledge on this subject, for which I decided to make a bibliographic review about those important elements in this subject that today is very essential and important for the Ecuadorian economy.
