Estudio de la estrategia administrativa en empresas comerciales de la ciudad de Machala.

Abstract

The project was elaborated with the purpose of finding a problem and then proposing a solution proposal, the study is focused on finding out if commercial companies are proposing administrative strategies or not, then knowing what administrative strategies they are using, for later propose ideas that could help to propose the strategies or in turn be able to improve them. Within the study, a lot of theory from different authors will be observed, which allowed the review of the literature regarding administrative strategies and management, facilitating understanding and thus the elaboration of the theoretical framework, then the proposal was made through the quantitative method that allowed the identification of administrative strategies and finally, based on the results of the strategies, the proposition of ideas that will contribute to business management will be observed.
