| dc.description | El presente trabajo tiene como fin, cumplir con los objetivos de la parte práctica del complexivo; para lo cual se ha planteado la elaboración del Presupuesto y cronogramas con Project, del Proyecto, Rehabilitación del sistema de Riego Pagua, del cantón el Guabo, provincia de El Oro. Para el desarrollo se elaboró un análisis de precios unitarios APU, de los rubros que están involucrados en la ejecución de este proyecto, con los resultados obtenidos se creó el presupuesto de obra, como siguiente paso concatenado se realizó la fórmula polinómica que es utilizada para el reajuste de precio, la cuadrilla tipo para determinar la mano de obra para la ejecución de este proyecto, además se realizó con ayuda del software Microsoft Project la programación de obra en la cual se estableció las actividades predecesoras y tiempo de ejecución del proyecto, esto nos permitió desarrollar los cronogramas de, trabajo valorado, avance físico, equipo y mano de obra, con lo que se determinó los requerimientos de utilización de maquinaria, número de trabajadores y cantidades de material a utilizar en la Rehabilitación del sistema de Riego Pagua. Con este aporte se espera obtener los valores óptimos para el desarrollo del proyecto. | es_ES |
