Abstract
Access to inclusive, quality, dignified and respectful education is the right of every human being with and without disabilities, however, that result is modulated by several factors, one of which is the teacher's attitude, which influences the creation of an optimal environment for the learning process. The study focuses on identifying the attitudes that hinder the inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational system and on developing a program to improve teachers' attitudes towards the educational inclusion of this group. For this reason, the present work aimed to promote positive teachers' attitudes towards the educational inclusion of children with disabilities through a program of twelve workshops, where the technique was sensitization. The sample consisted of 14 teachers, 10 students with disabilities and their representatives.

El acceso a educación de inclusiva, calidad, digna y respetuosa es el derecho de todo ser humano con y sin discapacidad, sin embargo, aquel resultado está modulado por varios factores, uno de ellos, es la actitud docente, la que influye en la creación de un ambiente óptimo para el proceso de aprendizaje. El estudio se enfoca en identificar las actitudes que obstaculizan la inclusión de niños con discapacidad en el sistema educativo con el objetivo de mejorar las actitudes de los docentes hacia la inclusión de niños con discapacidad, mediante un programa de intervención psicopedagógico basado en técnicas de sensibilización, mediante doce talleres, donde la técnica fue de sensibilización. La muestra estuvo conformada por 14 docentes, 10 estudiantes con discapacidad y sus representantes. Los datos fueron recolectados mediante tres instrumentos: guía de observación, escala de medición tipo Likert y lista de verificación.
