dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo aborda la temática del análisis prospectivo como herramienta institucional para prever cambios, oportunidades, planes de inversión, operaciones financieras y estratégicas para delinear las medidas aplicables al crecimiento industrial de una entidad capitalista. El objetivo general de proyecto es realizar un estudio integral del contexto socio económico da la empresa PESPACA S.A mediante un análisis prospectivo para describir las operaciones organizacionales y financieras para mejorar sus oportunidades de crecimiento estructural e industrial Se aplica la metodología cuantitativa, diseño transaccional y longitudinal en el estudio de variables operativas como activos, flujos de caja, horizontes de inversión, planes e inferir decisiones optimas en proyectos programados por la empresa citada. Las conclusiones evidencian los resultados analíticos al estimar los mejores escenarios para invertir, proyecciones de productividad en sus plazos respectivos, negociaciones estratégicas y explicar a la gerencia el camino ideal para gestar su desarrollo, gracias a las competencias pragmáticas de las ciencias administrativas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis paper deals with the topic of prospective analysis as an institutional tool to anticipate changes, opportunities, investment plans, financial and strategic operations to delineate the measures applicable to the industrial growth of a capitalist entity. The general objective of the project is to carry out an integral study of the socioeconomic context of the company PESPACA S.A through a prospective analysis to describe the organizational and financial operations to improve its opportunities for structural and industrial growth. The quantitative methodology, transactional and longitudinal design is applied in the study of operational variables such as assets, cash flows, investment horizons, plans and infer optimal decisions in projects programmed by the aforementioned company. The conclusions show the analytical results when estimating the best scenarios to invest, projections of productivity in their respective deadlines, strategic negotiations and explain to management the ideal path to develop their development, thanks to the pragmatic competencies of administrative sciences.es_ES
