| dc.description | The present work is based on a fictitious case on criminal law, which violates the right to life of a woman and creates a controversy about the configuration of two types of criminal offenses, which are typified in the Integral Criminal Code in article 141 that tells us about the crime of femicide and in article 143 that typifies the hitman. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo es desarrollado basándonos en un caso ficticio sobre derecho penal, en el cual se atenta contra el derecho a la vida de una mujer y se crea una controversia sobre la configuración de dos tipos de delitos penales, los cuales se encuentran tipificado en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal en el artículo 141 que nos habla sobre el delito de femicidio y en el artículo 143 que tipifica al sicariato. En función de esto y lo analizado en el desarrollo del presente trabajo se trata de aclarar las conductas penales que rigen cada uno de los delitos expuestos para determinar la configuración del tipo penal y así dar como conclusión la correcta acusación que se debió presentar por parte de la fiscalía y la imputación penal que se debió tomar en el caso para cada uno de los involucrados. | es_ES |
