Abstract

Aquaculture in Ecuador has currently diversified by implementing the cultivation of the old blue, however, to start a fish farm, the consequences that it brings must be known, therefore, an ecosystem study is required in order to take measures before its respective construction. The present bibliographical work aims to provide knowledge about the environmental measures taken into account for the construction of an old blue fish farm "<i>Andinoacara</i> <i>rivulatus</i>" that, together with regulations and obligations, lead to the optimal balance between aquaculture production and the ecosystem environment. The environmental measures allow the producer to carry out a study of the area before setting up a fish farm, in this case old blue fish farms, to interrupt the necessary measures for a correct installation in the environment, avoiding considerable losses of various species that are involved in both flora and fauna. fauna of ecological interest at the point where the production of this species will be developed.
