Propuesta de planificación para el desarrollo turístico del cantón Huaquillas: provincia de El Oro.

Abstract

Due to the continuous change that one comes experimenting on the tourist area, the destinations are seen in the obligation to adapt his identical offer to the needs of the demand, which involves the formulation of new strategies that implies the creation of new tourist products. The present work of investigation analyzes aspects for the development of the tourist activity in the canton Huaquillas in order to promote the creation of an proposasl of planning. The results consist of three phases; the first phase includes a situational tourist synthesis in aspects of offer, demand, infrastructure, recipient community, governance and attractions. In the second section the zoning of the territory is realized by the tourist product to developing. Of the third phase there take form the programs and projects of the proposasl of planning. The used methodology corresponds to the use of the descriptive and exploratory methods, supported in the use of tools SIG as Arcmap.10, there were used specification sheets of raising of information of tourist attractions by means of a field study. The results demonstrated a natural wealth of which he is a holder the Huaquillas; and with it, one gave step to the offer of the type of aquatic tourism to be effected in Port Hualtaco.
