Caracterización de las contusiones simples y complejas en victimas de violencia sexual en atención primaria de salud

Abstract

Introduction: Forensic traumatology is a branch of legal medicine that studies the action and consequences of injuries, caused by a physical agent or producer, through an energy towards an organism, these injuries can be simple or complex, being those injuries that produce disability temporary or injuries that lead to a fatal outcome for the victim, generating a serious public health problem. Objective: To describe simple and complex contusions in victims of sexual violence in primary health care. Methodology: This is a descriptive, retrospective study through a bibliographic review in the scientific bases of SCIELO, PUBMED, GOOGLE ACADEMIC, COCHRANE of the last 5 years. Results: 37 articles were found, of which 17 are quartile 1, 12 quartile 2, 6 quartile 3, 2 quartile 4 and 5 correspond to digital texts. Conclusion: The description of simple and complex contusions must be well documented and must be provided to the judicial authority, to clarify the truth of the facts and in turn avoid re-victimization. In the same way, the development and progress of the lesions should be studied and evaluated as many times as necessary.
