dc.description.abstractLas infracciones determinadas en el Texto Unificado de Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente, se resuelve bajo el procedimiento establecido en el mismo cuerpo normativo, específicamente en el libro VI de Calidad Ambiental, sin perjuicio que los hechos tengan que ser conocidas por otras vías sea la penal, civil y constitucional. En materia administrativa, como en la constitucional la carga probatoria sobre la inexistencia del daño ambiental es acosta del accionado, sin embargo jamás se puede vulnerar el derecho a la defensa.es_ES
