| dc.description | Siendo los accidentes en las carreteras, una de las principales causas de accidentabilidad en la provincia de El Oro, es primordial realizar la aplicación de velocidad de punto, para así obtener un análisis del comportamiento de la velocidad que alcanzan los conductores y de esta manera saber si obedecen a los límites de velocidad que se encuentran como señalética en la vía Pasaje Machala. La presenta investigación se desarrolla siguiendo una metodología que permita evaluar la velocidad que se desarrolla por parte de los conductores en la vía Pasaje Machala, a través de la comparación de la velocidad de punto del percentil 85, que es operada por los conductores, con las velocidades establecidas en el reglamento Ley Orgánica de Transporte Terrestre Transito y Seguridad Vial LOTTTSV. En primera instancia se opera utilizando un aforo de velocidad en la vía Pasaje Machala, para luego usar el método del cálculo de la velocidad de punto, determinando así las velocidades de los vehículos que pasen en esa vía. Posteriormente una vez finalizada la medición de la velocidad durante los siete días, se procedió a sintetizar y analizar la velocidad de los conductores. Luego se continuo con la elaboración de las gráficas, que contrasten la velocidad puntual de la vía, así como también los análisis estadísticos de posición y dispersión, como lo son la media aritmética, mediana, moda, amplitud, desviación estándar y los percentiles 15 y 85, los cuales serán de ayuda en la concerniente evaluación y la correspondiente velocidad límite de cada tramo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Being accidents on the roads, one of the main causes of accidents in the province of El Oro, it is essential to perform the application of point speed, in order to obtain an analysis of the behavior of the speed that reaches the drivers and in this way know if it obeys the speed limits that are found as signage on the Machala Passage track. The research presentation is carried out following a methodology that allows to evaluate the speed that is developed by the drivers on the Machala Passage track, through the comparison of the speed of the point of view of the percentage 85, which is operated by the drivers, with the speeds established in the regulation Organic Law of Road Transport and Road Safety LOTTTSV. In the first instance, it operates using a speed capacity on the Machala Passage track, and then uses the method of calculating the point speed, thus determining the speeds of the vehicles passing on that road. Subsequently, once the speed measurement is finished during the seven days, the speed of the drivers will be synthesized and analyzed. Then we continue with the elaboration of the graphs, which contrasts the punctual speed of the track, as well as the statistical analyzes of position and dispersion, such as the arithmetic means, median, mode, amplitude, standard deviation and the 15th percentiles and 85, which will be helpful in the evaluation of the tenant and the corresponding speed limit of each section. | es_ES |
