Implementación de un sistema de control de inventario en la agroavicola mena de la ciudad de Pasaje.

Abstract

In this study, the business called "Agroavicola Mena" located in the city of Pasaje was taken as a reference to learn about the management and control of its inventories. Through the application of a process of information gathering, the non-existence of an inventory control was evidenced, causing the lack of knowledge of the owner about the amount of merchandise available at present time and the presence of products that have completed their shelf life for sale. The main objective is to implement an inventory control in the business in order to provide the owner with a guide that will serve as a support to restructure the current management of merchandise, in this research a qualitative methodology is used with a non-experimental design and applying the interview technique. For the technique used, a questionnaire of questions was applied directly to the owner of the business and his collaborator, obtaining as results inconsistencies between the records and the actual physical quantities, deficiency in the management in relation to the requirements made to suppliers and losses due to expired products. Because of this, a proposal was created to maintain an efficient inventory control projecting the improvement of inventory management.
