Motivación intrínseca y su incidencia en la conducta de estudiantes de subnivel medio, unidad educativa particular "Santísimos Corazones", Pasaje 2024-2025

Abstract

Intrinsic motivation plays a crucial role in the formative process of students, significantly influencing their behavior and academic performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the incidence of intrinsic motivation in the behavior of students of the middle sub-level of the Santísimos Corazones Private Educational Unit, located in Pasaje, during the period 2024-2025. The research was developed under a mixed approach, using bibliographic, diagnostic and data analysis methods. For the collection of information, instruments such as surveys directed to students, interviews with teachers and an observation guide applied in the classroom were designed. The data were collected from a sample composed of students and teachers of the institution, which were analyzed using statistical techniques and represented through tables and graphs. The results obtained showed that intrinsic motivation has a direct impact on the improvement of student behavior, highlighting the importance of strategies that promote autonomy, self-efficacy and genuine interest in learning. Likewise, key factors such as positive interaction between teachers and students were identified, as well as the implementation of active methodologies that enhance commitment and participation.
