Abstract
During the pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus, most of businesses were affected could not being able to normally provide their products due to restrictions and biosafety measures established by the authorities, under this scenario many people faced issues with the supply of products they used to acquire because not one knew if local businesses, they frequented were offering home delivery service, a form of commerce that became popular during the health emergency.

Durante la pandemia provocada por el virus del Covid-19, la mayoría de negocios se vieron afectados al no poder brindar sus productos con normalidad debido a las restricciones y medidas de bioseguridad establecidas por las autoridades, bajo éste escenario muchas personas tuvieron problemas para su abastecimiento, al desconocer si los negocios que frecuentaban se encontraban ofertando el servicio de entrega a domicilio, una modalidad de comercio que se popularizó en medio de la emergencia sanitaria.
