While the importance of obligations in general is clear, as if there were only these rights would be impossible to enjoy without the corresponding obligation of the other party to meet them, becomes stronger when we talk about legal obligations or legally enforceable.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo, me ha tocado realizar un estudio acerca de las obligaciones, entendidas estas como las responsabilidades que adquiere una persona frente a otra, y que se encuentran reguladas en el cuarto libro del código civil, de manera que podamos establecer conclusiones frente al caso de estudio propuesto en esta parte práctica del examen complexivo. Si bien la importancia de las obligaciones en general es clara, ya que si sólo existieran derechos estos serían de imposible goce sin la correlativa obligación de la otra parte a satisfacerlas, cobra mayor fuerza cuando hablamos de obligaciones jurídicas o legalmente exigibles.es_ES
