| dc.description | El turismo; es un importante motor, de ingreso económico, desde empresas privadas orientadas a este sector, hasta campesinos nativos, ofrece una oportunidad de trabajo de tal manera que ayuda al desarrollo local y mejora la calidad de vida de una población. En el presente trabajo tiene como objetivos, identificar las potencialidades turísticas de la zona a través del análisis el estado actual del sistema turístico y con ello elaborar una propuesta para fortalecer la actividad turística del cantón. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se utilizó el método descriptivo y la guía metodológica de jerarquización para el levantamiento de atractivos turísticos del Ecuador. Como resultado se determina que el mayor potencial turístico es de carácter natural, el cual es idóneo para desarrollar el turismo de naturaleza, de carácter científico, debido a la presencia del Bosque petrificado de Puyango, esto a través de la evaluación y análisis de ponderación de los nueve criterios establecidos. Finalmente se plantea la planificación para establecer una propuesta, con estrategias y lineamientos de mejoras enfocado a fortalecer la actividad turística del sitio. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Tourism; It is an important motor, of economic income, from private companies oriented to this sector, to native peasants, offers a job opportunity in such a way that helps to the local development and improves the quality of life of a population. In this work aims to identify the tourist potential of the area through the analysis of the current state of the tourism system and thus develop a proposal to strengthen the tourism activity of the cantón. For the development of the work was used the descriptive method and the methodological guide for the lifting of tourist attractions. As a result it is determined that the greatest tourist potential is of natural character, which is ideal for developing tourism of nature, of scientific character, due to the presence of the petrified forest of Puyango, this through the evaluation and analysis of weighting of the nine established criteria. Finally, planning is proposed to establish a proposal, with strategies and guideline of improvements focused on strengthening the tourism activity of the site. | es_ES |
