Análisis de caso: trastorno bipolar, desde la teoría cognitiva-conductual

Abstract

Bipolar disorder is a growing pathology in the world population, often causing changes in the different spheres of the human being (social, labor, sexual, individual) changing their previously adaptive behaviors and patterns for maladaptive patterns. This pathology has a biopsychosocial origin. There is comorbidity with other disorders such as: the use of addictive substances, personality, and anxiety. Through the literature search, a case of bipolar disorder is analyzed and based on cognitive behavioral theory.
