dc.descriptionLos ratios, indicadores o razones financieras son uno de los factores más importante para la empresas de cualquier índole, ya que estos permiten realizar un análisis de la situación financiera como económica permitiendo así tomar las mejores decisiones en beneficio de sí mismo llevando al crecimiento empresarial y económico, a raíz de esto este trabajo busca analizar la situación financiera del Hotel Grand Hotel Americano durante el años de 2020 por medio de la aplicación de los principales indicadores financieros. Tomando en cuenta que el sector de alojamiento/hotelero sufre variaciones debido a que existen temporadas altas y bajas es imprescindible el análisis de los indicadores financieros para así tomar las debidas medidas para evitar que la empresa pierda rentabilidad y termine saliendo del mercado.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe ratios, indicators or financial ratios are one of the most important factors for companies of any kind, as they allow the analysis of the financial and economic situation, allowing its managers to make the best decisions for the benefit of itself leading to business and economic growth, as a result of this work seeks to analyze the financial situation of the Hotel Grand Hotel Americano during the year 2020 through the application of the main financial indicators. Taking into account that the lodging/hotel sector suffers variations due to the existence of high and low seasons, therefore it is essential to analyze the financial indicators in order to take the necessary measures to continue improving or otherwise correct to prevent the company from losing profitability and end up leaving the market..es_ES
