Análisis de la infraestructura y los servicios turísticos en el bosque petrificado Puyango.

Abstract

Infrastructure and tourism services are crucial elements for the development and success of any tourist destination. This study aims to analyze these components at Bosque Petrificado Puyango by conducting a diagnostic assessment of its current state to evaluate existing conditions and identify key elements affecting visitor satisfaction, expectations, and needs. A descriptive, non-experimental research approach with a mixed-methods strategy was employed, including document review, interviews, surveys, observation sheets, and SWOT analysis. The results identified barriers and opportunities, proposing four programs to improve infrastructure and tourism services, promote community participation, and prioritize sustainability and environmental conservation.
