Habilidades lingüísticas e interacción social en una niña con dislexia

Abstract

Dyslexia implies a huge challenge in children’s development for those who present it, specially in their schooling era, due to, the deficiency in their linguistic abilities affects both learning skills and the right interactions, whether it’s in a familiar or academic environment, since, emotions like frustration rise, which leads the infant to develop an attitude of isolation and insecurity to a social level. In this investigation, a study of a 9-year old girl with dyslexia its represented, which manifests difficulties in her oral and written linguistic abilities and her social interactions, being this the starting point for the investigation process development and leading to the next scientific breakthrough: What is the influence that linguistic abilities have in the social interaction of a girl with dyslexia? The general objective is, analyze the influence that linguistic abilities have in the social interaction of a girl with dyslexia. There were diverse methods used for research as an observation guide, interviews and the Illinois psycholinguistic aptitude test (ITPA-3). This study allowed analyze the influence in the linguistic abilities in the social interactions of the study object, identifying challenges in the comprehension and the oral and written language production, specifically in a phonology and morphosyntatic level, additionally, social interactions emerge, for it, different strategy and areas of improvement were proposed to decrease problems and improve the learning significance of the student.
