The nursing care process in a post-stroke patient makes it possible to improve their health situation and quality of life by implementing nursing actions aimed at generating comprehensive care for users. The purpose of this work is to develop a care plan based on the taxonomy of NANDA, NOC and NIC through the application of a qualitative methodology based on scientific knowledge and bibliographic analysis of scientific journals such as Scielo, data INEC statisticians, who, among others; In order to improve the quality of life of patients with stroke sequelae. For this work was taken as the basis of nursing care The theory of self-care Dorothea Orem, which allows the achievement of greater recovery and independence in post-ACV patients, because it helps to tackle the individual in an integral way to start basic care focused on improving your quality of life.
