dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo muestra una investigación previa a la creación de un gimnasio en la ciudad de Machala, la filosofía del gimnasio es low cost la cual consiste en ofrecer un servicio a un precio bajo y de buena calidad, el objetivo es analizar la demanda, los gustos y preferencias de los habitantes de la ciudad de Machala, tomando como referencia fuentes secundarias para así determinar el tipo de muestreo, tamaño de la muestra, herramientas para recolectar datos entre otras. La metodología utilizada es de carácter cuantitativo, los datos se obtuvieron mediante la realización de encuestas dirigidas a la población económicamente activa de la ciudad. Los resultados muestran que existe una buena aceptación por parte de los potenciales clientes a esta nueva filosofía de gimnasio por lo cual se recomienda la ejecución del proyecto.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work shows an investigation prior to the creation of a gym in the city of Machala, the philosophy of the gym is low cost which consists of offering a service at a low price and of good quality, the objective is to analyze the demand, the tastes and preferences of the inhabitants of the city of Machala, taking as reference secondary sources to determine the type of sampling, sample size, tools to collect data among others. The methodology used is quantitative, the data were obtained by conducting surveys aimed at the economically active population of the city. The results show that there is a good acceptance on the part of the potential clients to this new gym philosophy, for which the execution of the project is recommended.es_ES
