Abstract
La necesidad de comunicar a las demás personas es innata, desde que el hombre nació; pero gracias a que desde un principio nos comunicamos a través de gestos y señas, esto ha ido creando nuevas formas de comunicación, ya que poco tiempo después el internet fue implementándose y estas posibilidades nuevas son parte del desarrollo de numerosas aplicaciones en internet que facilitan la comunicación entre personas; así lo manifiestan Ailexandre & Ferrer; quienes desde su punto de vista el internet facilita de forma rápida y precisa información hacia las personas. Las redes sociales y blogs forman actualmente parte de las nuevas formas de comunicar a los demás; el analizar los escenarios de publicación que realizan los periodistas independientes en la provincia de El Oro, ha logrado generar conclusiones sobre el uso y manejo que le dan a estas redes; así también la interacción que les brindan a sus audiencias. Las formas de investigación que se realizó en este trabajo de titulación fueron desde un enfoque mixto cuantitativo y cualitativo.

The need to communicate to other people is innate, since man was born; But thanks to the fact that from the beginning we communicate through gestures and signs, this has been creating new forms of communication, since a short time after the internet was implemented and these new possibilities are part of the development of numerous applications on the Internet that facilitate the Communication between people; As manifested by Ailexandre & Ferrer; Who from their point of view the internet provides a quick and accurate information to the people. Social networks and blogs are now part of new ways of communicating to others; The analysis of the publication scenarios performed by independent journalists in the province of El Oro has been able to generate conclusions about the use and management of these networks; As well as the interaction they provide to their audiences. The forms of research that were carried out in this titration work were from a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach.
