Constitución, administración y organización de las compañías de seguros en el Ecuador.

Abstract

Insurance companies have been for years the main source of income of several countries that are dedicated to this activity and that for their efficiency and commitment are recognized, since not only their function is based on protecting goods and people, in different circumstances, but also to maintain a status of trust before future clients. Given this, the main objective of this research work is the determination of the constitution, administration and organization of insurance companies in Ecuador, a descriptive and qualitative methodology was applied, supported by the review of scientific articles and other secondary sources of information. , resulting in the drafting of all the requirements established in the Law and which will be evaluated previously review of the Superintendence of Companies and Insurance. In order for a company of this nature to operate successfully, it was also taken into account a focus on the administration of this kind of company and its importance. It can be concluded by saying that the administration of an insurance company has to do according to the type of organization used, in addition to its operation depending on the internal and external factors that must be fully complied with.
