| dc.description | Pre-eclampsia constitutes a social problem and also a problem of public health, as one of the leading causes of maternal and perinatal morbimortality, affecting the dyad fetal maternal, family and society. Pre-eclampsia is defined as the elevation of blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg and proteinuria levels higher than 300 miligrams in 24 hours from the week 20 of gestation, which is classified in pre-eclampsia mild and pre-eclampsia severe. The main objective of this investigation is Detailing The Role of Nursing according to The Theoretical Model of Dorothea Orem to pregnant women with pre-eclampsia, which is centralized on the art and practice of nursing helping to the person to carry out self-care activities to stay healthy and recover from illness. The plan of interventions of nursing under the approach of the theoretical model of Dorothea Orem provides a benefit to guide and to facilitate the care of nursing in the planning of those people that require attention by their health problem, we refer to patients diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, in where the health personnel helps to reduce the signs and symptoms, improves the conditions of health or self-care demands that affect in the satisfaction of their needs of rehabilitation and maintenance of their health. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Preeclampsia constituye un problema social y de salud, por ser una de las principales causas de morbimortalidad materna y perinatal, afectando a la diada materno fetal, la familia y en la sociedad. Se define este trastorno hipertensivo como la elevación de la presión arterial por encima de 140/90 mmHg y proteinuria mayor a 300 miligramos en 24 horas desde la semana 20 de gestación, la cual se clasifica en preeclampsia leve y preeclampsia severa. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal detallar el Rol de Enfermería según el modelo teórico de Dorothea Orem a gestantes con preeclampsia, la cual está centralizada en el arte y la práctica de enfermería ayudando al individuo a llevar acabo las actividades de autocuidado para conservar su salud, y recuperarse de la enfermedad. El plan de intervenciones de enfermería bajo el enfoque del modelo teórico de Dorothea Orem proporciona un beneficio para guiar y facilitar el cuidado de enfermería en la planificación de aquellas personas que requieren atención por su problema de salud, nos referimos a las pacientes diagnosticadas con preeclampsia en donde el personal de salud ayuda a disminuir los signos y síntomas, mejora las condiciones de salud o demandas de autocuidado que afectan en la satisfacción de sus necesidades de rehabilitación y mantenimiento de su salud. | es_ES |
