Aplicación de las tic para el desarrollo de destrezas en la asignatura de matemática para los estudiantes de primero bachillerato

Abstract

This research work is developed by the need to face a great need: to teach mathematics in times of pandemic in a non-face-to-face way. The theme chosen for the development of this project was vector decomposition in Geogebra as a simulator through the modification of variables. This applies to the first year of high school "A" of the Carmen Mora de Encalada High School in the city of Pasaje, province of El Oro, selecting the entire course with a total of 30 students within it. The general objective of the research clearly determines its scope: "To determine the impact of the use of ICT in the mathematics teaching-learning process of first year high school students in times of pandemic", a very pertinent objective in the crisis situation sanitary in which we find ourselves today. In this project, a teacher training was carried out, as well as a measurement of the knowledge that students acquired in a normal way (pretest), so to speak, with a teacher who describes the topic of vector decomposition to the best of their ability and knowledge.
