Análisis de factibilidad agroturistica de la finca "Mamá Angelita" del cantón Naranjal.

Abstract

This research work shows the agro-tourism feasibility study carried out in the farm "Mamá Angelita" located in the canton of Naranjal. It explains the scope of developing agro-tourism and diagnosing its feasibility. The research presented a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, resulting in a market analysis of the place and in the quantitative approach the different opinions of the users of this tourist attraction are highlighted. In addition, different agro-tourist activities were proposed for the farm with itinerary and costs for each one of them. Within the work, different research techniques were applied, such as: interviews with the population, an observation sheet developed in the tourist attraction and a SWOT analysis. The result was a feasibility diagnosis with different phases, such as: market analysis, technical study and administrative and legal study.
