| dc.description | Este trabajo es el análisis de cómo reducir los tiempos de espera de los clientes en la cooperativa JEP que está ubicada en la ciudad de Machala, en las calles Junín y Pichincha mediante la aplicación de la teoría de colas y la simulación. El tipo de investigación que se utilizo es de tipo descriptiva, para fundamentar este trabajo se realizó el sustento a base de revistas científicas (papers), el método que se utilizo es el método cuantitativo ya que la teoría de colas es un modelo matemático. Se aplica en este caso el método M/M/S el cual se utiliza cuando hay una sola cola y varios servidores. | es_ES |
