Abstract
The present research work exposes a tourist product called Recreational Ecological Route as a proposal for the strengthening of the tourist development of the Arenillas canton. The descriptive analytical method was implemented to determine the tourist potential of the territory through the cards for the survey and ranking of attractions, and later to carry out a SWOT analysis that allowed to establish the strengths and weaknesses of the territory, and based on this a nature tourism product that integrates recreational activities within a sustainable and environmentally responsible plan.
Description
El presente trabajo de investigación expone un producto turístico denominado Ruta ecológica recreativa como propuesta para el fortalecimiento del desarrollo turístico del cantón Arenillas. Se implementó el método descriptivo analítico para determinar el potencial turístico del territorio a través de las fichas para el levantamiento y jerarquización de atractivos, y posterior realizar un análisis FODA que permitió establecer las fortalezas y debilidades del territorio, y en función de ello se diseñó un producto de turismo naturaleza que integra actividades recreativas dentro de un plano sostenible y responsable con el entorno.
