Abstract
El siguiente trabajo práctico de carácter complexivo tiene como propósito elaborar estados financieros de acuerdo a las normas establecidas para la venta de la Empresa “El Carbón de Freddy” S.A, está considerada como una PYMES por su capital inicial y la cantidad de empleos que genera dicha empresa. Para saber lo que es correspondiente a este trabajo investigaremos en la Superintendencia de Compañías la cual nos indica que debemos crear dos estados financieros: Balance General y Estado de Pérdidas y Ganancias. En el desarrollo del trabajo utilizaremos artículos científicos los cuales nos ayudaran a sustentar la parte teórica. Hablaremos sobre PYMES (Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas), Sociedades Anónimas, Estados Financieros (Los cuales nos ayudan a saber cuál es la situación financiera por la que está atravesando una empresa), Contabilidad, Toma de Decisiones.
Description
The following practical work of complexivo character is intended to produce financial statements according to the rules laid down for the sale of the company "Charcoal Freddy" S.A, is considered as a medium for its initial capital and the number of jobs generated by the company. To know what is relevant to this work we will investigate in the Superintendency of Companies which tells us that we need to create two financial statements: Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement. In the development of the work we will use scientific articles which will help us to support the theoretical part. We'll talk about small and medium sized businesses, Corporations, Financial Statements (which helps us to know what is the financial situation that is going through a company), accounting, and decision-making.
